I think its a problem that most institutional investors favor profits in fiat over crypto. They dont want to HODL, they want to cash out, and, for now, selling BTC is the main way they can cash out. Therefore we see huge volume in BTC but little price appreciation. Some crisis or deep state intervention will be needed to raise the price of BTC so long as fiat lovers dominate trading. In the meantime, they will continue pumping cheap alts, reaping BTC, and then dumping that BTC to collect more greenbacks.
