The cost of sending Bitcoin is crazy expensive. Can anyone suggest a cheaper way to do it?

    In Mycelium, it is possible to set the fees to the Low Priority state. Just cycle thru Low, Economic, Normal, Priority, to see the different fees, then decide if it suits your situation.

    Most people now opt to use Bitcoin Cash for quick payments.
