Buy Market Percentage chart are normally used in order to help us to find the start or the end of a Bull Market.
Usually, when the "Buy Market Percentage" reaches values around 70% and above, it mostly indicates that the Bull Run would be close to be finished and so, if the same reaches values below 10% it used to indicate the bottom of the Bear Correction and thus, New "Buying Signals may appear soon".

As you can see, after touching the level of 10% and, sometimes Double-bottoming there , the Market has rebounded upwards starting a new bull run:
Having a look at the 1-Year chart and comparing it with the BITCOIN Chart:
BITCOIN has touched already 2 times the bottom since June, and 3 times since February...
According to the historical data regarding "Buy Market Percentage", it may be more than sufficient to see the end of the Bear Market now so, perhaps we have already seen he lowest low...
