Second advice
2., The rich do not complain. The poor yes.
You will never hear a rich man complain that the yacht has been scratched. Their problems are related to things outside their control, such as economics or changes of laws. But if your yacht has a streak, fix it and period. On the contrary, poor people tend to use complaints as ways of manifesting to the world that problems are out of their control, especially in the financial sector, they scratched my car and I have to pay a fortune, my employees do not work (if they are Employers), or my employer does not pay me (if they are workers).
Complaining, says Eker, is tantamount to being a magnet for bad things. The more you complain, the more bad things happen to you. How to change? Eker suggests that you change your thinking by re-thinking that life is a game and that you always have to play to win. Think of all the good things you have, and your talents. Write a list of all your talents and study what you can do with them to generate money. Start doing that today, not tomorrow, not when you have the money to invest, but today. Start taking steps that take you closer to doing what you truly want to do. Life is too short to be unhappy.
