  1. Lightning is way to complicated for mainstream.
  2. Lightning requires two transactions when no route is available.
  3. If Bob doesn't use​ Lightning, Alice can't send him a payment.
  4. Lightning forces you to 'lock up' your money.
  5. Others must offer liquidity to receive payments.
  6. You need a channel with Starbucks to buy from Starbucks.
  7. Lightning is centralising.
