We all know - this is pump and dump. One miner is responsible for 92% of blocks. However, mining BCash is a lot less profitable than Bitcoin. Someone has enough resources and mine and pump BCH. Who can this be? Maybe Bitmain because they can mine BCH with Asics Boost?
