On https://tensorcharts.com/ you can check where the main buy orders are located in several exchanges. You can also check the latest big trades and the buy/sell ratio. I don't really think trading based on order books is necessarily the best idea, but it is extra information that can help. Remember that ghost bids are allowed in crypto, so the can withdraw sell or buy orders in a heartbeat.
Currently the most heavily supported area is 7200/7300. Sell orders are mostly around 7.8 and 8.0 but they are much smaller (looking at Binance, a very active BTC exchange lately) however, really big trades are seldom announced so take all the information with a grain of salt.
It sounds a bit patronising, but if you don't understand what you're looking at, you probably should not be using this site.
