Ransom for Bitcoin - FOREIGNERS HACKED DC with CTB Locker!

Jason Bermas reports on how many Washington, DC security cameras were hacked into before President Trumps inauguration by Romanians. They hacked the DC police camera servers and added ransomware called CTB Bitlocker. They wanted their payment in Bitcoin before they would unlock the cameras.
