Lagarde's comment "China banned the initial offering of Bitcoin" is too funny. Bitcoin is brand spanking new, don't asked dinosaurs about new shit. Just like my mum (bless her) she's afraid she might "break" Bitcoin using it lol. Lagarde, if you'd only take the time out to truly understand Bitcoin you wouldn't see it as the enemy but as a great place to hide your ill gotten gains.
