It will go up, but first, it has to touch 10-12k, which is the end of shmita cycle. From that point, it all depends what the world markets will do. So btc price can go down to 4k if DXY still goes up and people need money for their basic needs, banks around the world have to struggle with high price of the US dollar, instead of buying btc.... Otherwise, the price can go pretty fast to 30k again.
