Shah comes to Genesis Mining from BlackRock, Inc. where he served as Director of Compliance overseeing technology and digital ventures.

Shah brings a lot of institutional knowledge of previous roles in UBS AG, D.E. Shaw & Co and in public service as regulator of the US Securities and Exchange Commission. UU As one of the first to adopt cryptocurrencies, he brings a unique perspective to policy discussions and collaborations.
Shah will lead global regulatory and governmental issues and commitments. It will also help shape standards, best practices and compliance frameworks for Genesis Mining and the broader blockchain industry.
