Are cryptocurrencies a threat to the world's major powers?

JP Morgan has bought Bitcoin approximately a day after Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan, called Bitcoin a 'fraud'.

Jamie's comments brought down the price of BTC seeing it drop to 2978 USD from ~3850 USD the day before.

Are the banks are feeling threatened by Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies?

The fear may be that everyday individuals like me and you are in control of our own money, completely eradicating the need for a centralised authority.

With many conspiracy theories of the world currency circulating around us, it makes me wonder how is he Rothschild family reacting to cryptocurrencies?

As the balance shifts towards the people, do you think they are starting to feel nervous about an eventuality where they no longer control the majority of the worlds money supply?
