Argentina Settles Export Deal With Paraguay Using Bitcoin

Governments around the world are starting to use Bitcoin.

Argentina and Paraguay settled an export deal using Bitcoin. This bypassed the SWIFT network.

Paraguay bought $7,100 worth of pesticides and fumigation products from Argentina which was paid in Bitcoin. The BTC was converted to the Argentinian Peso to settle accounts.

Use throughout Argentina is increasing. Earlier, it was reported that SUBE is now accepting Bitcoin. It is used by 7 million people for the transportation system.
