Ira Clayman, brother of computer forensic writer and writer Dave Clayman, who is associated with the creation of bitcoin, filed a $ 10 billion lawsuit in the District Court of the Southern District of Florida against nChain's chief research officer Craig Wright. The latter is best known for claims that he is the creator of Bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto.
Note that Dave Clayman died in 2013 from Staphylococcus aureus, so in court the plaintiff Ira speaks on behalf of her brother. Information about the possible involvement of Dave Kleiman in the creation of bitcoin first appeared in 2015, when the Gizmodo and Wired publications called the Australian businessman and academician Craig Wright a possible founder of crypto-currency, hiding under the pseudonym of Satoshi Nakamoto.

In the suit, Ira Clayman accuses Wright of misappropriating about 1.1 million BTC, which lawyers estimated at more than $ 10 billion. The plaintiff's interests are represented by the large law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, known for such high-profile cases as Bush vs. Horus.

According to the court, Wright is also accused of "creating a scheme to assign bitcoins and intellectual property rights to Dave Kleiman related to bitcoin technology."
