They can choose not to support the Bitcoin Cash but if they are using the costumers private keys to get some free bitcoin cash they will have troubles for sure but its hard to know

I do believe coin base will be evaluate there choice , users and crypto users in general all over the world are going to want quality service from there exchange and in the last year or so coinbase has not provided satisfaction to there costumers, myself included. Unfortunately I urge coinbase users to find a new exchange the time and effort I've put into coinbase hasn't really paid off In my opinion and if they are going to be sued I'm probably going to join the community in doing so.
