Financial regulators around the world are racking their brains over what crypto-currencies are and how to properly regulate them. Most of them are very skeptical, because they see money and money laundering in the crypto currency, which is not such a reinforced argument, or a threat to the existing traditional financial system, whose vassals they are.

It is worth emphasizing that they rarely publicly recognize in a competitor's crypto-currencies or a global threat, and often try to minimize the importance of the new industry.

So, openly or secretly, many regulators stepped on the warpath against the crypto currency and especially the ICO. But if the decision of the Vietnamese government to ban bitcoin, for example, does not have a significant impact on the development of technology and digital assets, then such giants as China, Japan, South Korea and the US can significantly damage the industry.
