Yes, the bitcoin hard fork parade continues. This time it is the Bitcoin Diamond to claim the stage and start a new chain from main bitcoin blockchain block #495866 onwards. This will happen around November 25th 2017.
What Does Bitcoin Diamond Promise To Do?
In short and from my point of view, Bitcoin Diamond with ticker BCD, will be a cross between Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Cash, all off the original Bitcoin history.

Main benefits:
- 8 MB maximum block size
- GPU mining
- SEGWIT included
- replay protection included
This is all already done but not within the same package which is a first.
Encrypted Amount
This feature is a first with bitcoin. To quote the FAQ of Bitcoin Diamond:
In some application scenarios, especially in many business scenarios, or scenarios that are related to sensitive data such as income of the corporate individuals, the BTC holders do not want to disclose their account balances for various reasons. On the one hand, encryption of the transaction amount can protect the privacy of personal funds and avoid the coveting from unscrupulous people. On the other hand, some funds involve trade secrets of certain financial institutions, encryption can protect their money from being exposed, and further ensure the safety of their business activities.

Support From Exchanges And Wallets
If Bitcoin Diamond is to survive after the fork it needs support from community, exchanges and wallet providers. On their main page they claim that they have already got the backing from the following providers.
Exchanges
No major exchanges here. At least not the ones that are known to me. It might be that the exchanges above are big in Asia.
Wallets
No big players here either. Except for the BitGo which is a major provider of background transaction services.
Airdrop
Yes, this is another airdrop if you want to take it this way. All who hold any amount of Bitcoin (BTC) at the block #495866 will get BCD. In fact, they will get 10 times BCD.
Yes, the ratio at the time of the fork will be 10 BCD for 1 BTC.
How can you get this BCD easily?
I don't know yet.
One option will probably be QoinPro - a free online multi-currency wallet and faucet affiliate link. It already supports Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Cash.
They claim that they will:

One Week Until The Fork
November 25th is around the corner. Let's wait and see how things will develop in the following week. Be prepared though to react and prepare the environment for your BCD to be claimed. And possibly exchanged...

The easiest way for somebody in SEPA zone is to open an account on Bitstamp (or Bitwala to not be biased), deposit Euros and buy any currency that the exchange supports. Then you can move the purchased coins to your local or offline wallet if you wish.
