 How to start mining Bitcoin Gold with console miner? 

 To connect to MinerGate and start mining Bitcoin Gold with our pool, choose the suitable miner according to your OS and hardware and follow the instructions below. Currently we support EWBF-miner and Claymore miners for BTG. 

 EWBF Cuda Miner BTG

 You can choose EWBF miner for Bitcoin Gold CUDA mining on Windows and Linux.

Windows (win 64)

1. Download the latest release here: https://github.com/poolgold/ewbf-miner-btg-edition/releases.
2. Unpack the arhive, open the folder and right-click on start.bat, then choose "Edit"
3. Edit the string as./miner --server btg.pool.minergate.com --user YOUR_LOGIN --pass x --port 3257
   and close the Editor
4. Double-click on start.bat to start mining.You will begin mining. To stop the process, enterCtrl + C

Linux

1. Download the latest release here: https://github.com/poolgold/ewbf-miner-btg-edition/releases.
2. Open the console and go to the folder with downloaded ewbf-miner.
3. 3. Open the start.sh file in preferable editor, e.g.nano start.sh
4. Edit the string as./miner --server btg.pool.minergate.com --user YOUR_LOGIN --pass x --port 3257
   and close the Editor
5. Enter command to start mining../start.sh
   You will begin mining. To stop the process, enter Ctrl + C

Claymore’s Bitcoin Gold AMD GPU miner

 Use Claymore if you want to mine Bitcoin Gold on Windows with OpenCL.

2. Open the folder and right-click on config.txt. Choose Edit and change it as in the example below.-zpool BTG.pool.minergate.com:3257  -zwal YOUR_EMAIL  -zpsw x   #-tt 75  -i 2  -allpools 1
3. Execute the start.bat
4. You will start mining. To stop, enterCtrl + C
