I been waiting on your analysis since the news dropped. LOL

I'm kindof torn on this deal.

On one hand I want these idiots to pay for all the people they scammed and blatantly lied to. I would like to see them locked up for fraud. Trevon did give away crypto in his live chats and videos to grow his subscriptions. Dunno if that is relevant or not.

On the other hand I want crypto to remain unregulated and decentralized. So in that vein buyer beware. People get scammed playing the stock market and we are all scammed by the Federal Reserve and Central Banks on the daily.

If you have some dirt on Craig I understand you not wanting to start a war but you owe it to the community at large to release it. Just my .02 Steem.

Hell, do it anonymously or give it to me. I'll release it. I'm not afraid of any of those twerps. My steemit account is not big enough to matter. Let them come to Texas or put a hit out on me. I pack 24/7

I think the steemit community would have your back if you got attacked. I certainly do.

I'm right with you on the whole thing about being torn of what should happen and all that. That is a lot of while I keep saying we are self regulated and self governed.

A lot of the previous videos were presenting the information and giving my take on it to let people decide and hopefully help the newer users make an informed decision about who they want to follow.

The thing with especially Trevon is that I think from a glance he maybe just seems like he is a guy who speaks his mind and is no BS....... but in reality on the technical stuff he doesn't know what he is talking about and he is full of shit and lying all the time about this stuff. It is like him and Craig are always coming up with a master plan....etc.

I get what you are saying about the info being released but in a lot of ways I have never liked to feel like I'm rat'n people out for lack of a better term. The evidence is 100% damaging. Its not circumstantial and if I knew it was mainly just going to go to the community to let people decide what they want to think about it but then I feel like if it goes down that road then we have all these government entities "investigating" etc.....and suddenly we have all these brainwashed Bitconnect cult members trying to come at us. It is just too much blow back and I would like to hope these guys could turn a new leaf but there is no real hope I'm afraid.

I don't know if you have seen Doug Polk's new video about it but in a video they were making subtle threats to Doug to not be mentioning names....etc.

Just met you guys, watched like 4 videos between you and doug. shit. long ass videos, worth it though. Did it while playing poker. Thanks for sharing, was suggested by @nzfxtrader after I made a shitpost about Craig Grant and bitconnect. I'm going to make a deeper dive tomorrow if ou don't mind me using your videos in it.

If you notice all their videos have the ratings disabled and either blocking comments or moderating the comments to section it off and just have a place for the minions to worship them. LOL

Yeah, that is another reason why I'm positive it was made up.

They have really been effective in getting the drama stirred up and with all the blowback I'm kind of surprised they didn't just go hide so that is interesting they are trying to continue on.

That was a pretty interesting video and the most surprising but not surprising thing was Craig making those subtle threats to not talk about people or mess with people....etc. The screenshot is hilarious to say the least.

I remeber talking to you about shitconnect, about craig and the nigerian scammers and about travon james beeing "hacked"! Sadly you and everyone else, like me, who tried to warn people about this "program" where hated and every comment where considered fud!
By the way, I mentioned your posts about bitconnect in my last post, if you have some time check it out and let me know your oppinion on travon james and craig grant getting back to steem!

Yeah it almost got to where it felt like we we were all beating a dead horse for awhile and no one even cared to hear it anymore. I feel like Doug Polk coming out with a more recent video calling it out help sort of revive the conversation.

As you may recall from previous discussions, I fell into the category you described where I was just trying it out to see. But not referring anyone becayse I thought that was ethically wrong.

I saw that Craig and yuliana were back but for Christ's sake these people really have no moral code. They just don't give a fuck as evidenced by the comments and what have you.

You're correct the community as a whole NEEDS to come together at this point and let these people know how atrocious their behaviours are.

I have 3 friends who weren't referring that lost a lot. I have lost some money but not enough to be overly ticked as I wasn't referring anyone abd I was only doing it as an experiment.

Hahhah, it is crazy and I'm almost thinking that in a lot of ways we can only hope their followers weed themselves out financially by making bad decisions but I almost feel like that won't happen because there are so many of them out there and Craig and Trevon are telling them what to do so this stuff goes up. That livestream by Nick and Ryan really pissed me off. They laughed throughout out, they tried to act like victims even though they both made a million or more. They also are acting like this isn't an exit scam because "Bitconnect gave everyone their tokens" yeah their worthless tokens.

At least Trevon went on youtube, kind of ate crow as they say, said he was wrong and accepted it but these two dooshes are telling people to get over it and acting like people were made whole because they got their Bitconnect tokens.

Yeah Nick and Ryan livestream pissed me off as well. It is clear these guys don't care about their victims at all. They never put any money in and pumped it like it was legit. It is just unbelievable to me that guys like that end up with way bigger followings than we can.

I mean some people could have legitimately lost a lot of money they were depending on and those morons were just saying we all just need to move on.....etc.

To tell you the truth I don't know what should happen to those guys. Plus the Tanner J Fox guy still has me pissed off as well. For a minute he pretended to do a 100K loan in Bitconnect but clearly didn't show it because he didn't really do it. He was signed up under Ryan Hildreth I guess and then he faked the hack and stopped talking about Crypto for a minute. Now he is back talking about crypto again.

Just for fun I actually did a 10k loan back in June 2017. I received all of my interest and capital back in full. (Strangely enough I made slightly more in dollar terms than if I had just held that btc.) With the quicker capital release on the larger loans. I figured I could front run the smaller lenders and get out before the pyramid collapsed. It's sucks that so many noobs got burned. Hopefully most didn't put their life savings into this thing.

Holly shit! You are a big baller if you were able to do a 10K loan for fun. I was really surprised they kept it going for so long to be honest. I would have thought it would have ended a few months after it started but we knew at some point it would implode when the market pulled back.

A lot of n00bs probably got roasted bad with it. That was probably a lot of people's who crypto portfolio.

I think the longevity was due to people wanting to earn free crypto, not buy it. I expect to see another large abstraction take hold.

Well I guess the thing that surprised me is that they didn't just cut and run before it got too big. Like a few months in and then disappear. But it kept going and then they even got the "regional promoters" or whatever to put their names of some entity filing in the UK and almost dolled out a lot of the activities to promoters. Then they had some of those big parties. It really surprised me. It was entertaining drama if nothing else. I don't know what is going to happen from here though.

I found it weird that trevon started poping up in my related tab on Dtube. The sad part is his following who keep trusting what he says no matter what. I sincerely hope these guys get pushed away from the steem community.

Honestly I don't think he will go to Juvy or Club Fed but if enough pissed off people get together I think them filing class action lawsuits against these guys is pretty likely here in the United States. They would just have to get the attention of a class action lawyer who would be willing to take it on which probably wouldn't be that hard. But who knows what will happen.

Funny. I'm very new here. When I heard of steemit about two weeks ago, I started doing searches on Youtube, etc, to find out more. Trevon was coming up everywhere. Seemed like a good dude. Still, even though I don't know a damned thing about cryptocurrency or Bitconnect, I did notice he was clearly selling the idea in his videos. Made me a hair suspicious.

Luckily for me, I had no money to invest, and I was too in the dark to even get the details on Bitconnect.

I hear that a lot about Trevon. People who are newer hear him talk and don't realize that 50% of what he is saying is incorrect so they just see him as a guy who is just telling it how it is and what he is doing.

I came here because I heard it was a good way, and a new way, to monetize content. (I'm a comic writer.) The idea of cryptocurrency was totally cryptic to me. If I did think about it, I figured it was a passing fad. Since coming here though, I've absorbed a lot of info, and I'm really getting interested. Any suggestions on good posts or videos that are really good primers for blockchain and crypto?

The image of Trevon running a super-church and speaking in tongues , and a ripped Craig Grant hunting you down after a spell in the Pen really made me chuckle!

In another age these guys would've been snake-oil salesmen. Nowadays they run their mouth and peddle shit. Regrettably there are enough idiots in this world to lap it up. Its a shame they're on Steem again, but good to see CG getting flagged into oblivion.

Long term, this is gonna end badly for them. I find it really crazy that people advertise their crypto wealth in such a way. Its only a matter of time before they get hacked (again?) or put a big target on their backs for some more low tech ways of relieving them of their coins. If you get 'bitty-rich', you best take measures to hide that!

Came across this video this morning. Class action lawsuit against bitconnect and the founders of bitconnect and bitconnectX. No mention of promoters Craig Grant and Trevon James. Also in the comments they talk about a $10,000 bounty on the whereabouts of bitconnect director Glenn Arcaro and turning him over to authorities. We'll see how this plays out.
