I don't think they would take all the hassle in creating new logo and promoting it if they were planing to scam everyone in few days.

The marketcap has BCC Exchange *, stating its not added into the Market Cap....rumor is there is a bug in the wallet from the new Segwit crap... causing duplication on coins during transfers...so people are duping the coins and trying to sell off quickly... over 900k coins were transferred out of a single wallet that only have 1k coins prior to today...
