Recently you may have noticed a price drop and a user lock out on Bitconnect. The reasoning behind this was due to a hack in which the hackers changed Bitconnect's Bitcoin receiving address to the hackers receiving address. This resulted in all funds sent to Bitconnect as being lost to the hackers. Good news is that according to Bitconnect, funds have not been lost, and the website should be functioning as usual within the next few days. More good news is that so far it seems Bitconnect is still an honest company, although that may change long term.
