BitConnect is a giant pyramid scheme. It's bogus claim that a "bot" is trading bitcoin and making 300%+ annual returns is a cover story and they fund interest payments to initial investors through attracting capital from new investors.

Eventually these website will cease to exist and the owners from Colombia will walk away with everyone's money.
