Thanks for reaching out. To answer your questions

  1. Yes, the hardware specified above will be used exclusively for EOS mainchain developments.

Questions 2 & 3 will be addressed by our CTO, Paolo Ardoino, at tonights EOSLondon presentation. At the risk of spoiling his answers, I will put together a transcript of the presentation for the EOS community to go through immediately. Looking forward to discussing our approach with you.
