What if this is the real reason Bitfinex has not collapsed yet

Ok, here’s a really paranoid thought. Bitfinex and Tether are being allowed to exist and continue to pump Bitcoin… by the governments and authorities who want the demise of Bitcoin.

Looking at how Bitfinex seems to be totally unstoppable in its manipulation, as if its actions were somehow legitimized, there must be some high level of authority allowing them to do so unpunished. Not only this higher authority allows Bitfinex continue pumping Bitcoin using fake Tethers, but even encourages it. Maybe even all Bitfinex guys are already on the hook over some criminal investigation and were offered the deal - “to do the right thing and end bitcoin” or go to jail.

The reason being, the more it’s pumped, the higher it goes, then the deeper and more painful will be the fall. Gosh, the recent parabolic pump created so much FOMO that people now are putting mortgages and taking credit card debt to buy Bitcoin at what is now an all time high. Can you imagine what will happen after all this Bitcoin, which was bought by Bitfinex for nothing (aka freely printed tethers) is dumped?

There’s gonna be unimaginable wreckage and lots of ruined lives, after which regulators will “have to” step in to fulfill the end goal of this conspiracy, which is to undermine the bitcoin and the blockchain, as the only contender and menace to the centralized money systems.

And after it all happens, nobody will remember the real culprits, everybody will blame Bitcoin, marking it with a stigma of bubble and ponzi.
