Peer to peer lending and borrowing in the cryptocurrency industry is growing at an alarming rate, this has been brought about by projects such as bitmoney who are just facilitating lenders and borrowers to interact in a secure platform. The platform users will be able to lend assets to one another in a secure environment protected by masternodes governing the system.

The third step the borrower will need to create an order requesting a loan based on his collateral and requirements.
The foruth steps involves the processing of the loan automatically using a smart contract.
The fifth step involves the activation of the loans
After the loan is activated the borrower will receive his requested loan.
