NEW RELEASE: #BITNATION JURISDICTION v. 1.4.0 for Android and iOS 🔥🔥🔥

The 1.4.0 release has been a crazy road! After the 1.3.4 release, we thought "this app somehow does not say: "I'm a virtual nation" or "I'm a blockchain jurisdiction", but rather we thought it looked more like a confused web3 app which didn't really know its purpose.

Hence we went back to the drawing board, to put the governance functions in the very center of the user experience. The result is 3 bottom menu main categories, including TOWNHALL, NATIONS and the brand new GOVMARKET. All other functions moved to a new side menu.

We still have a long way to go to get where we want with the software, but we believe this is a huge step in the right direction.

Kudos to the dev team who've done an amazing job with limited resources and other crypto winter concerns.

💥 New 1.4.0 features:

*GOVMARKET 1.0: use, buy and sell governance dapps, contracts, products and services peer-to-peer! Currently there are just a few alternatives in there to show how it works, what we really want is for you to add your own ones in there! This means that anyone can use any governance service peer-to-peer on a freemarket, regardless where in the world you're born, or where you live!

*LUCY 1.0: Our AI Lucy is making her very first appearence, as a very barebone bot and assistant throughout the screens, helping you navigate our post-Westphalian universe. The next version of Lucy will contain the ability to distribute tradable and non-tradable token rewards.

*NEW UI/UX: Improved responsiveness of UI, and a complete re-design of the UX (new bottom menu categories, sidemenu, categories within Nations, Townhall and Govmarket, etc.

*NATION CATEGORIES: New tabs showing "All", "Featured", and "Popular" (sorted by number of citizens), and the possibility to add a symbol for your nation.

*ZENDESK: We've integrated ZenDesk, so that you can report issues and get a response more smoothly.

*CODE PUSH: a new system to enable for small updates to the app to be released without requiring user to update via Play Store.

🌦 1.4.0 issues:

*Services, products, dapps and contracts in the GOVMARKET must be added in manually in this release. Fill out the form on GitHub or contact us directly to add yours.

*We've had problems with the iOS account for a while because it expired and to renew it we had to change our corporate account from Singapore to our Netherland entity, wich has proven to take quite some time with the Apple bureacracy. Hopefully it will be restored within about a week.

*iOS integration proper (i.e. not via TestFlight anymore)
*Desktop client for Win, Linux and Mac
*DBVN 2.0 (multisig functions, voting functions, token creation functions, and more)
*GOVMARKET 2.0 (ability to enter, manage and sell your own services/ products/ contract dapps automatically).
*TOWNHALL 2.0 (Matrix integration, better tools to start and manage group conversations, better dapp integration, etc).
