  1. it is a one-size-fits-all model
  2. it is not anarchy, but "panarchy", with more rules, more state, more governance, than legacy system
  3. likewise it is not "stateless" (a nonsensical concept)
  4. based on large scale consensus, a singular reference frame (non-coerced but still singular)
  5. one single DBVN, not many, one
