smartcoins require bitshares to be locked, so it should basically reduce supply and increase the price. a positive feedback loop once you reached critical mass

Many thanks for this timely post @ash. I recently bought CNY shares which showed growth; but, sold when I found no detailed research on this buy. Also, none of the crypto 'experts' ever mentioned this asset in their top 10 picks.
I know CNY banned BTC for a few weeks; and, is the primary currency in China.
Seeing how much it grew in a 4-week timeframe, lets me know the sell might have been a rookie move.
