Everything pumps and dumps. Just buy the lows after you've done the research. I dropped all my bitshares just now only because I need to buy in to some deep ETH DApps. As soon as I've made a healthy profit, I'll buy back in to bitshares for a long trade.

Just have a clear plan and don't buy or sell emotionally.

Finally don't feel bad at making a little profit. Like I said, everything pumps.
