Thanks to the awesome work of @svk, we will see a p2p trollbox in BitShares
with the next release. This commit adds a WebRTC-based decentralzied trollbox to the DEX that merely uses a centralized server for peer discovery.
Also thanks to @hitchcott who's a frontend dev for DGX and suggested the library!
Things are getting more and more excited!
