help needed about bittrex.

4,5 days ago my mobile got stuck and it wasn't turning on. I tried everything but in vain. I took my phone to carlcalre and they did software update. Becuase of that all data on my phone wiped away. My emails, contacts, sms, photos, videos etc. I have an account on bittrex.com . after update i lost acces to my email on which my @bittrex account is created. So now i don't know how to get back my account. I have my passport on which i verified my account. Please help me if someone know anything about it.
