My experience with Bittrex has steadily declined. My account has been locked since November 7th, when I received an erroneous message.
Previously, right before Bitcoin had a hardfork to Bitcoin cash I made a last minute trade. The trade had the parameters of "fill or kill". I submitted a ticket asking why I had not been credited for my Bitcoin cash. They came back saying they would only partially fill it and decided not to credit me fully because it was a partial fill. However, it was not until I submitted a ticket that they partially gave me credit. This parameter was fill or kill so it made no sense, since previously they either filled the whole order or killed it.

This time my account had the 2FA factor disabled after I received an erroneous message, I did receive an email from Bittrex. Of course I got on my other laptop and enabled the 2FA, right away.
On a side note...
I was surprised they didn't have a stop/disable link. I had submitted a suggestion to put a halt button when this happened, which I see they have now enabled. However, they still can't resolve or reply to my issue of both having my account disabled and having multiple alt coins removed from my account.
Back to the issue at stake...
The account had no transactional history. The account was intact until the next morning when I discovered a withdrawal. They did not disable my account until shortly after I saw a withdrawal from my account and submitted another ticket.
There was no correlating email to the withdrawal like they normally send when a transaction of a withdrawal is made... in order to approve the transaction. That's when the alts went missing. Still, no other transactional history correlated after this happened. Later on in the day, I logged in and saw the transactional history appeared but not until after I made another ticket to Bittrex.
I have one alt coin at the moment on Bittrex and a very small amount of BTC, which I still cannot get a hold of. Since, my account is disabled.
I even offered to work with Bittrex to help resolve my issue. Yet, I keep getting a string on messages with no concrete answer. They tried to say I was on a "phishing site" but I have my link saved on my laptop and even checked the browser history. Then, afterwards, they said they had to further investigate and to have patience. They said they would investigate it and to not make duplicate tickets on this matter
Still... this is ungoverned money, I get it.
I have Twitter messages to their official account, still no reply since.
I waited and waited and I'm finally fed up.
Bittrex got me once again.
