What Your Customers Don't Want to Hear--and What to Say Instead

A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to direct an hour-long seminar for the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce in Gainesville, Georgia. The photo shows some of the 50 participants.

In this interactive seminar, I gave the group 20 comments that customers don't want to hear. . .and then I provided what business owners and employees should say instead.

A few months ago I presented this seminar for the Atlanta area's Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. In that 90-minute time slot, I gave 25 customer service language guidelines.

I welcome invitations to share business communication strategies with corporate leaders. That's not surprising, since my moniker is "Biz Communication Guy."
