Hey everyone,

Just another BJJ blog - hopefully I'll get time to fill it around my time on and off the matts. So as a quick starter, I'm a BJJ Blue Belt, currently training at Roger Gracie Academy (RGA) Gymbox in Farringdon (London). If you happen to be in town one day, drop by for a roll - just don't hurt me too much!
