BJJ tonight and we were working on a follow up from the spinning arm bar from last week. This time if the partner grabs the belt or gii in defence we would switch to a kimura.
Really had some good success with starting with the kimura and then switching it to the arm bar.
We also had a follow up back take which was really nice that I'm going to work on drilling.

I really like this. Time after time I've set up an armbar and it seems tedious to get that arm free. I like that push then pull. Seems like when I go for an armbar they're always holding on to something. Getting that arm to let go can be work.
