The contributor adds an easily assessable value to life, while the employee is confronted by monotonous work, subjective or inconsistent expectations, poor or zero feedback and growth opportunities. No wonder! A huge number of the present workforce is discharged as inefficient workers because of what they don’t know about. This should stop! That is why we are here! How do we achieve that?
We aim at using current technologies in building for the future of work through our approach, architecture, and process. With our whole lot of experience, we noticed that to create a change, we need to start now. The best thing we can do now is to ignore all the ideas of cryptographic functions, decentralized self-directed organizations, or other things they are using to describe the next best thing in technology. No distraction from our focus; “the future of work” we need decentralized collaboration
In the aspect of the future of work, we are laying emphasis on dispersed association where entities work outside bubbles and towards improving their experience. Their main focus is on teamwork and communication. They prepare for a better future by having a vision for the firm. It is a set of short, medium and long-term actions. The essence of this is to avoid losing focus on the reason for the existence of the community in the first place. Think of a collaborative society in which there are bridges from the small towns to the big ones. Look towards a wider network different from the silos of our past. We are talking about a network of networks.
The future of work here is to have a community which values diversification of ideas and talents. A community that will accept you, as against that which tolerates only. We want a future that will understand the competitive advantage people have over automated devices. Human beings can express emotion, fill the gap between random events. They can also guard against obsolescence. There is no way in which the robot can do this better. The best we can do in this aspect is to attract good people. They will bring out the best in them to help the society. They will blend into the culture, differences, and better ideas. If we embark on this, we will create a future which will make everyone happy and fulfilled. This is the future of work for us!
