the sabotage of the black community in education, employment opportunities, and public discourse by the democrats is intended to keep as many blacks out of participation in American life and on the welfare-voting plantation as possible. (and soon to be less valuable as the democrats continue to import illegals as replacement voters)

the democrats went from enslaving blacks for cotton growing to enslaving them for votes. The democrats went from using whips and chains to using lies and welfare checks. The rhetoric of BLM (and the associated murders of police) is part of those lies.
