Maybe you have had parties last longer, but not me! It was a busy party, with a lot of stuff going on! I appreciate everyone who stopped by for some fun. And even more importantly, to upvote and help raise funds for @blacklux.

I already announced contest winners and fun-raising results for the first half of the party. You can check that post to learn how this party got started and why.

This post is the final party clean-up. If you are still sleeping it off behind my couch, I'm rousting you out! If you left a hat, I'll get it to you. And if you're the one who left a beer bottle in my aquarium, I don't even want to know! I'm just glad nobody swallowed any goldfish!

Who Won Prizes? So Many Prizes!

Over the last 7 days of the BLACKLUX Party, there were 15 ways to win prizes. There were generous gifts to @blacklux. And I've got some special prizes to hand out, too. So let's get started!

Party Contests

Day 8: Poetry! With a total of 6 SBD in prizes for my favorite holiday poem -- in 3 different categories! Nobody wrote a limerick - rats! The 'rhyming poem' winner is @tesscooks4u, with her great entry that described her BLACKLUX Party experience. My favorite haiku was the only one entered, lol -- by @improv. He said to donate any winnings to @blacklux. So I did that - and gave @improv a 2 SBD generosity prize. Check your wallets, @tesscooks4u, @blacklux, and @improv!

Day 9: Jokes! In 2 categories! The winner in the holiday joke contest is @ninahaskin for her entry about 'Spruce Springsteen'. And the winner in the Lemon Jr. category is @doctorcrypto for his joke about lemons, vodka, and parties! Thanks for the laughs and check your wallets, @doctorcrypto and @ninahaskin!

Day 10: A Potluck Dinner! Two random drawings for 1 SBD for people bringing food to the big Potluck Party Dinner. Winners: @tesscooks4u and @old-guy-photos. Check your wallets!

Day 11: Musci for a Laid-Back Party Mood! A random drawing for 1 SBD from people dropping mellow music links as the party turns more laid-back. There was a 5 SBD prize for original performances, too, but nobody entered that category! Winner: @xabi! Check your wallet, @xabi!

Day 12: End-of-Year Gratitude! Two random drawings for 2 SBD each from people commenting about what they are grateful for as 2017 comes to a close. Winners: @mariannewest and @ninahaskin - check your wallets!

Day 13: Blue Sky Dreams for 2018! Two random drawings from people commenting with their hopes and dreams for 2018. Winners: @ddschteinn and @melinda010100 - check your wallets!

Day 14: 2018 Begins! Two random drawings from people leaving a photo of what the outdoors looks like around them at the start of 2018. Winners: @mariannewest and @melinda010100 - check your wallets!

Recovery Funds for @blacklux

I used steemnow.com to track the 50:50 distribution of each post's author payout. I transferred each post's SBD author rewards to @blacklux as it paid out. Over Days 8-14, the BLACKLUX Party posts paid out 30.522. With the tranfers from the first half of the party, that makes 45.436 SBD in post payouts to @blacklux for the whole party! Thanks to all the upvoters!

Three more people generously donated to @blacklux's recovery funds in the second 7 days of the party: @ddschteinn, @melinda010100, and @xabi -- 7.001 SBD total. I matched that for 14.002 SBD. And @improv sent his 2 SBD poetry prize winnings to @blacklux, so I'll match that, too. With the transfers and match from the first half of the party, that makes a total gift of 36.002 SBD!

So, for the whole BLACKLUX Party, that's 81.438 SBD to help @blacklux get restored from the hurricanes. At recent SBD values, that's real money -- for a real person with real needs. It's great being able to help out another Steemian this way. Thank you, upvoters and contributors!
