I may never again eat burgers made with ground beef

I took a leap and made burgers with ground turkey the other day, and they were ten times better than any beef burger I've ever had. A little Cajun seasoning and some bleu cheese mixed in before grilling, a buttered and toasted brioche roll......omg

    I like to add a little liquid smoke or soy which also helps.
