We were converting an old warehouse, into a church. I had just had back fusion surgery, so I was limited to running conduit and wiring to support the new plans. I was just released to return back to work, for limited duty only.
I got to church, and I was by myself. I hurt, and the next job, had to be moving half a truck load of sand in a wheelbarrow, up into a dumpster. I did NOT have the back for that, and I was tired; so I knelt at the new (tape on the floor only) alter, and told GOD, I am tired, and alone! I felt him answer and say I am here...and I will help you!
I filled and dumped the wheelbarrow about 30 times, up a ramp into the dumpster. When I was done, and went to the car, my back was fine, and I felt refreshed. I never had any problem from moving the sand, and no one knew who had moved it. I spent that entire evening alone with GOD; and just staying there that night was a special blessing! I never told them, and no one asked; but I held it close to my heart.
We got the floor concrete poured, and the floor covered, and finished the building in two months; using unskilled labor! GOD worked a lot harder than we did I am sure!
With so much "noise" in the world it is hard sometimes to find alone time with the Father. He wants to hear from us and we need to be ready to hear from him! Thanks for the testimony!

It is difficult to hear the still small voice in modern times, too many distractions! I think this was a special gift to me, just so he could remind me that I was working on HIS house!
