Every BLM supporter, every apologist for the riots over the last year, everybody who supported riots even when the shootings were justified, tell me why you're not talking about Ledell Lee.

Explain this to me.

Even in the case of George Floyd, which was murder, we're talking about a person who did break the law, was resisting, and had taken life-threatening levels of drugs.

Ledell Lee was murdered. This wasn't a cop losing his or her cool in the moment. This wasn't an isolated incident. This wasn't a split second decision.

Ledell Lee's story should be the number one criminal justice reform story. This should be what everybody is talking about. This should be be end of the death penalty in every country that wants to call itself "civilized."

He was convicted of a murder in the early 90s and spent almost three decades on death row. His defense team tried to get the state to look at new DNA evidence which showed that the DNA at the crime scene, including on the murder weapon, wasn't his. His public defender was likely intoxicated through most of the trial. The state wouldn't look at the evidence which, at the very least, casted doubt on his guilt, and killed him anyway.

This is the government version of murder one. This wasn't a crime of passion. This wasn't a person getting trigger happy. This was a slow, methodical, deliberate process that people engaged in to kill a person who was likely innocent.

Your silence is deafening. Tell me why you've been silent.
