Decentralized Blockchain Labor Unions? Could we take corruption out of all human institutions? Decentralize everything from schools, hospitals, offices and even Government with Bit Congress, but its all going to create JOBS for EVERYONE!

So I was wondering if we could start sketching out an iea I haven't heard of anyone proposing....a decentralized blockchain Labor Union....

We all know the Labor Unions of today are riddled with corruption but what if we could protect them from this and keep them honest and allow the labor union to stay STRICTLY to its ideals and fundamental principles of simply protecting workers around the world...What if we had true solidarity where we change the very meaning of a "strike" or of a "union" where a blockchain is setup to allow for a sort of basic universal income for anyone who wants to join the union and where the union is like a backup plan with cryptocurrency investment accounts and it can be for profit and allow for LOYALTY to the group to mean something! we can allow members to prove that they are participating adding value to the organization, maybe by using free time during stretches of unemployment to teach their web development of software or computer hardware skills to new comers, and thus we can provide free education systems etc etc

So I was honestly about to scratch this whole post and make it about "Blockchain AL the things" But I typed in "Labor Union" into google images, I found a bunch of old labor union propaganda posters etc, and then i thought hey what about a Bitcoin Miner Labor Union, I cant be the first to think of that, that MUST already exist" and low and behold I found something even more interesting: "Rein", a "decentralized bitcoin marketplace targeting freelance industry » from an article in Brave New Coin,

These types of services will eventually have a need for both the employers and the employees to organize and today we already have many services to rate your boss just like "rate my professor", and there's ways to rate your experience at a company so people can know if they really want to work there, its really changed the dynamic for people who don't want to become slaves....and this organization of workers is the dream of many labor unions in the 19th century!

To own and operate your OWN newspaper (website) for FREE would have been a god send to someone 100 years ago! imagine al the work they could get done with such a powerful communication tool that we just now take for granted! Imagine what people 100 years ago would have done with the tools WE have NOW! If you brought people from 100 or 200 years ago, to today's time, and if they didnt automatically keel over and die from all the pollution and super bugs lol, they would be SO elated SO happy to have the internet at their disposal! Theyd be reading about politics and theyd start understanding things from the perspective they understand so theyd see who the president was who their local mayor and governor was theyd see what the state of Europe and the rest of the world was, they would be on wikipedia al day long reading about their own time and what happened AFTER you time traveled them to the present haha and theyd of course be watching old film reels and historical documentaries and maybe after a few months of crash course videos they would start getting to work!

Someone who was taken out of the past and given ALL the amazing communication tools and technology we have today would immediately begin creating kickstarter crowdfunding business plans for a decentralized labor union where any worker can learn HOW to profit off their OWN skills as a freelance worker! And eventually the blockchain will allow for the instant selling of a companies stocks and allow different jobs to be issued to anyone, like the work for a certain part of the company can be outsourced online as a support ticket! Anyone who givs the best answer like on yahoo answers or quora, will have their answer voted up (like steemit) and theyll end up getting the bounty for the job!

COmpanies can be run in a decentralized fashion without CEOs but with share holders or stake holders voting on all major decisions with an AI making all financial decisions based on algorithms to allocate the most efficient amount of money to most useful people or programs...no more will be pay people more money than they deserve, non meritocratic wages will be cut and that money can go to more efficient workers...if the world was more of a meritocracy then people would work A LOT harder if they knew they would actually see a difference in pay! every job everywhere needs SOME amount of variable pay and not over the course of YEARS but over the course of WEEKS or DAYS, where you can't just tell someone that if they don't perform they don't get paid, but if they perform very well they MUST have a chance to get paid more and NOT just a bonus, they should be paid more if they work harder! And any job where this isnt possible should NOT be a job where a human should be working long term, if a robot can replace a human that means a human should not be working there...there is more than enough INTELLECTUAL jobs for all of us! "Computer Science" is a anothr great umbrella term for what children should be studying and getting degrees in if they feel the social need to attend college (which is a waste of money)

Moral of the story? TLDR; if you want a job or want your children or grandchildren to have jobs, Focus on Computer Science Software and Web Development and the IT world because THAT is where SO much work is! And I can already think of so many jobs I could create if I had the money to setup the compoanies and hire the people after of course doing the research to see if the different ways we could Blockchain ALL the things are even profitable 9and most will save money) like make a Blockchain healthcare Blockchain Office Blockchain School and Blockchain University where your GRADES are delivered in TOKENS where college CREDITS are TOKENS you have to earn by taking tests and scantrons allow you to earn the tokens!!!

It's like a Fractal than downloads into our mind, this blockchain decentralization model, and we holographically can apply it or Unzip the idea in our minds and the Blockchain all the things idea Uncompresses like a WinZip file or like DNA un folding and we start to see the organism take shape we start to see what a massive decentralized supercomputer like ethereum or EOS or Bitcoin turing complete can do! we start to see what decentralization can do not just for finance but for ALL Dynamical human systems with many moving social parts! From Politics and Blockchain Bit Congress to Blockchain Healthcare Records to Blockchain for Schools that prevent cheating and fraud and ensure ACTUAL learning of core curriculum everyone can agree on...so what Im saying is that we will all be busy putting every human system on the blockchain (even biological taxonomy and the organization and categories of plants and animals will be on a blockchain and eventually DNA itself will be on a blockchain in terms of how we record and organize it after mapping out full Genomes (ANd with Folding@home and now folding coin that is actually already happening!) )

It's obvious to me at least, and to many others, that Block Chaining everything or Decentralizing everything will create SO many new jobs that anyone who WANTS a middle class wealthy first world style life will be ABLE to achieve it! And by that I mean House/flat/apt and a car/scooter and enough money to support a family in your home country...this is possible for all 7 billion humans on earth with crypto currency and an economy powered by the need for armies of software developers to help engineer blockchains for all human systems! This alone will create all the extra jobs we need to uplift all 1 billion humans in dangerous poverty! And the reason we NEED all these jobs is because every company and government on Earth will see how much money is saved when companies and governments switch to more efficient cost saving blockchain systems, so it will be automatic! This is all happening with or without us but if we all try our best we can make A LOT more happen a lot faster and create a much better world for our future children or grand children or the children of our family members...and our best bet is to make money online and use that internet money to upgrade the real physical world!
