On April 27, the Prime Minister and head of the Ministry of Finance of Bermuda, David Bert, approved an agreement on mutual understanding (MOU) with the company "Binance Group". The contract refers to the financing of education programs, which are directly related to the organization of financial and technical projects.
The memorandum was also signed by Changpeng Zhao, founder and head of the crypto-exchange platform, which currently occupies the second position in the rating of exchanges with the largest capital turnover. David Bert noted that the aspirations of Binance are directed in one direction with their goals and plans to create jurisdiction with suitable conditions for the development of fin-tech areas of the region.
As noted in the memorandum, the Binance Foundation will allocate nearly $ 10 million to organize university training in the development of block-technology. In addition, the company plans to invest about $ 5 million in new lock-ups, localized in the territory of Bermuda.
Note that earlier Binance cooperated with the company "Crypto Savannah" from Uganda to ensure the economic development of the country. According to the partnership agreement, a certain share of investments will also be directed to Uganda.
This kind of activity of the company will only have a positive impact on its popularity and expansion of activities. In any case, Binance will be the winner.
