In fact QR-coded blockchain-cash can be printed from anyone's computer; and instantly scanned with a smart-phone to determine if the bill still has value, when accepted. Today, you can print a bank-check, from your own computer, as long as it has your Universal-Branch-Code (routing-number in the USA) and your account number. SWIFT codes can also be used, in this scenario.

Also, Gold-NANO-Particles can be suspended in paper-currency. This is already being done in high-tech filter-paper. So sandwich a sheet of gold-infused paper between two outer-layers of protective paper and now your "paper-bills" actually have value!
