If you mentioned Amazon, how exactly are you going to compete with Amazon when it comes to convenience?

Except for the now very well known brand Amazon has a few great market advantages: it is safe, it has a great number of products, they ship insanely fast when you use some of the programs AND, very importantly, they PROVIDE support for sellers, through programs such as FBA, where they STORE the merchandise, they DEAL with customer service, etc (40% of all the merchandise on Amazon is NOT sold by them).
