I have recently come across a project called "aXpire - $AXP" which is a ERC-20 token built on the Ethereum Network. This isn't just like any ERC-20 token though, as "aXpire - $AXP" are looking into building the first "Blockchain based spend management system"
Why is this a game-changer you may ask?
Well from judging the whitepaper and doing some of my own research, this project has a "simple" vision of how they are going to help businesses reduce waste and improve profitability.
How and why will aXpire help businesses reduce waste and improve profitability?
In the whitepaper, aXpire claims that they'll "enable seamless spend management, in real time, through secure block-chain technology" which is the first in the spend management system area which would be highly active for big businesses such as Coca-Cola, Nike etc..
aXpire Vision & the Block-chain?
aXpire solves the need to "maximize profitability" through artificial-intelligence-driven, blockchain and cloud-based spend management. There is a 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 edge to aXpire is that they "reduce the incentive for cyber security threats through the use of a unique, $AXP token" < Which is why $AXP isn't like any other ERC-20 token.
Competition to aXpire?
The traditional competition that's closest to aXpire would be Coupa (Cloud Platform for Spend Management) however they do not utilize the Block-chain and it's benefits causing Coupa to suffer multiple cyber security threats which for a platform that is managing your spending isn't very appetizing.
COUPA currently holds a $2.91B market cap whilst aXpire holds a market cap of $9.6M. As more companies/businesses learn about the benefits of the block-chain over cloud storage then companies like aXpire will have the head start in this new block-chain industry revolution and could mean an increase from $9.6M market cap to a $1B market cap (300% increase) if the companies/businesses switch from someone like COUPA which has a outdated spend management system to a new company such as aXpire who do utilize the blockchain.
Note ; This isn't financial advice, just something that I wanted the crypto community to know about.
