Rumors about MyEtherWallet being hacked are spreading across the web

The users of MyEtherWallet, one of the most popular tools for storing ethers, have been spreading multiple warnings about the application being hacked in the last few hours. They state that all the users are redirected to other DNS-servers which are allegedly controlled by the attackers.

It seems like #MyEtherWallet has been hacked or breached in some way. Only people logging in are affected. DO NOT LOGIN TO MEW RIGHT NOW.

Some Reddit forum dwellers have been writing about MyEtherWallet users being redirected to the servers with Russian IP addresses.

It is noteworthy that similar rumors were spreading in early January. These were soon refuted by MyEtherWallet team, These were soon refuted by MyEtherWallet team, however.
