First, on October 26, small amounts of bitcoins were sent from the defunct BTC-e exchange and WEX (its supposed successor) to Webmoney, a Russian electronic payment platform.
Then on November 21, about 100 bitcoins were transferred indirectly from BTC-e to the exchange, having previously made test payments from the wallet.
Finally, on November 23, 10,000 bitcoins (now worth over $165 million) were moved to a group of private wallets, exchanges, and other services.
