On September 1, hackers stole thousands of dollars worth of assets from users after compromising the security of the KyberSwap DEX protocol front end.
However, two days later, Binance's security team identified two hackers who may have been involved in the theft.
According to Binance, the hackers were attempting to bypass the company's security team by using other methods to transfer the assets to the exchange.
