We would like to share with you a little information about what is happening at our Nevada Regional Center as well as some recent developments with our software!

We Can Now Keep Track of all Contractors.

Previously we announced exciting news about upgrading our technology such as migrating our software, and this is one of our results! All of our contractors will be receiving iPads so that we can stay connected to each other while they are on the job. We can track their progress in order to inform customers of the contractor's estimated arrival time.

These iPads will also give the contractor's access to the appointments they are scheduled for, view customer photos before arriving at the job site, pull up a liability waiver and every job will require the contractor to show completion of the job with pictures. Since we value both our customers and contractor's, we look forward to having the photos of completed job sites uploaded to blockchain in the future!

A Preview with Our Progress in Enhancing our Software

Bob’s Repair is currently in the second stage of migrating our software. Our development team has connected the old system to the new one via API. We are building on to the new system which supports API while adding features that are essential to our business model.

A Highlight of one of Our Jobs!

We’d liked to highlight a job that we recently did here in Vegas! We sent out our estimator to meet with a customer, Richard, who wanted feedback on a possible job. He needed quotes to install tiles for three stories, and to remodel a bathroom.

He had previously gotten a quote for $5000, however, we estimated that the job would take two and a half days so we quoted him $1600 for the time. We then quoted him for the tile which measured 1000 sq ft, for only $1700, for a total of $3300. He immediately accepted the bid.

Richard used to be in the construction industry. He was appalled that the other company wanted $5000 for only two days of work. He was very grateful for our transparency with him. After paying the workers, profits attained $810.

These quotes were not only impressive, because they set a whole new standard for pricing, but also came with a six-month guarantee that the job would be perfect. The customer was extremely happy, and he respected us for working very hard and very late. He trusted that our company would do an amazing job!
